To the Blasting Wand + Negatron Cloak it should be. It's more efficient and gives us what we need.

They wanted to move away from people sitting on a negatron cloak. That's why they made the change in the first place.

I am pretty sure the reason they removed Negatron is because MR is now a /lv base stat.

They didn't remove negatron; they only removed mid-laners' access to negatron because they'd just sit on it to negate a large part of their opposing laner's damage.

item 3001 item 3193 item 3091 item 3512 item 3170 still have item 1057 as a component.
