I have Rengar and Nocturne right now.
Shaco doesn't utilize it well, and the only other one I can think of is Quinn.
Nobody else is going to be able to utilize that.

Bern1 votesBecause critting on a duskblade proc auto and then getting MS and AS to chase them down is really strong.
The issue is that you don't really need to synergize with attack speed to benefit from the item when it amplifies your upfront burst so much.

It is. Its a Crit. Also Triforce and LB also stack/crit with it. Stormrazer +
