I can only get a maximum of 1260 BE from one champion capsule and it annoys me. If I get a 6300 champ from a capsule no other champion shards will drop in that capsule.
Please make it 2 or 3 TRULY RANDOM champion shards so we have a chance at a decent amount of blue essence.

I think the problem is they need to have a mimimum of a 750 blue essence per champion capsule with up to 3 shards. That way you are getting about the same amount of BE as you needed IP in the old system. Riot seems to forget that BE doesn't just go to champions. It goes to emotes on milestone, champion mastery, and the new higher value rune pages.
Rune pages are pretty expensive for how situational each page is for each champ. 6300 is way too expensive at the current drop rate of blue essence. I feel real pity for anyone who didn't have over 8 rune pages when preseason hit. Because even just 1 for each general role doesn't help as every choice is situational.
