What's up with LeBlanc?
So it feels like whenever anyone complains about LB and asks for nerfs, people respond "ur bad shes fine she has counterplay l2play", yet people decide to ban her more than 120+ other champions in the roster.
TBH I think she is overtuned, and I'm saying this as a LB onetrick. I think that she requires a -lot- of dedication and smart decision making, so you won't see consistent success with her until you play her at least 100-200 games. This leads people to have a false sense of what she's capable of. If you play against a LB with 10-20 games on the remade LB, she's going to suck, make mistakes, die more than 5 times, and be less useful than Ahri/Lux/Yasuo for sure. However, once you -do- master her, she is oppressive, impossible to deal with, and is one of the strongest champions in the entire roster. For example, I can count on one hand the number of games I've played in the entire month that I've died more than 5 times, and I -only- play LeBlanc, and I play her a lot.
The question is: Do you think she should be nerfed, and if so, how?
Some obvious tweaks would be to her maximum chain length, which, to be honest, is pretty ridiculous. It's laughably easy for me to stay in range to proc it, even if the enemy flashes/dashes away.
Secondly, her base damages as well as her ratio %'s are absurdly high. Considering it's not the same LB where she has to Q into her other skills.. she can mark with W first, giving no warning what she's going to do, stay in range, Q the enemy to proc passive while dodging whatever they throw at her, then blink back.
Her waveclear was already hit really hard, but it begs the question, why was she given waveclear in the first place? She would be perfectly fine if those Q bounces did zero damage to minions and was just a tool to extend the range of her Q.
With the upcoming 10 bans per game, if she remains as is, she'll go from ~60% ban rate to ~95+% banrate. I rarely have her banned in my own games because I declare her as my intended pick, so my own team won't ban her - and the other team usually has more important bans
. There is almost never a game I play where I don't snowball and get disgustingly fed. Do I win every single game? Absolutely not - no champion can win games all by themselves. However, I know for certain that I'm a very big threat to the enemy team and it's damn near impossible to shut down a good LeBlanc.
