Why is this? She isn't that powerful is she? I mean I've literally seen no buffs to her at all and a lot of nurfs. I know she was far too strong when she was first released, but to be consistantly nurfed so often seems weird when they already settled her into a comfortable position. If anyone could explain it to me please do.

I think the problem is Riot is overvaluing pro play. She isn't very big beyond 5s. She relies on her team and is only as strong as her team. Therefore Riot has no clue that she isn't the problem. Any champ that can run out of the jungle from over a wall and CC someone can do it too. (Yes I am hinting at Vi). In fact Rek'Sai is a very high skill ceiling champ that doesn't bring much to the table in terms of tank or damage. "BUT MOBILITY" Idc she is weak and mobility should not be an excuse.
