I like how you're saying that in a deluded fantasy world where the OP is the one laning against the Yasuo every game and not instead having the worst players on the team fighting a Yasuo with an entire division in difference b/c rito matchmaking.

OP is a mid lane main in bronze 4. There might generally be more people in silver than bronze, but there are still so many bodies in bronze that the mmr difference between players is still going to be close enough. Regardless, the difference between a B4 and a B2 player is still negligible because both aren't very good. I am not necessarily trying to flame or whatever, but blaming matchmaking instead of personal skill in lower divisions is not acknowledging you might be the problem.

It's actually not close enough. The compensation adjustment for duos is too high in low elo so duos are basically griefing higher ranks. Someone that shouldn't be playing ranked 100% is is worse than an AFK player and the gates to ranked just flood the default ranking area of B2-S3 with those players. Maybe you haven't observed low mmr long enough, but there are people who queue up and believe their ranked game is the place to learn the game, effectively griefing the everloving shit out of people just trying to climb on top of the edgelords that just throw.

Almost 50% of top challenger players on all fucking servers are spamming the shit out of Yasuo atm. I guess they should learn to play against the champion, they aren't competitive enough.

Not really, Ive had Yasuo mains that carried me playing other champs when Yasuo gets banned.

(Of course ive also had the flaming ones that dodge instantly..)

I play norms. About 2800 games now. 600k points in my main. It doesn't come with a rank, but I've seen golds in game, a low plat kat recently, and the same smurfs as everyone else of course. I probably have, 100 games in ranked? I guess if the only real motivation for playing ranked is for people to call you 'not bronze', then I don't give a shit because I have a job. I've played enough games against Yas to know the balance team has its head stuck up its ass.

At my level, good Yasuos are one in a hundred, so I snicker when I see them pick him. They'll either be dead, or bored to tears in 5 minutes.

Dodged. Suck it balance team. Like honestly u just got shit on by someone who is a way better player than u and u just got salty about it, we've all been there... There are so many more broken champions than Yasuo, and all of them has weakneses (including him)... fx. stay out of ur own minion wave, bait his ww then attack, poke his passive shield then engage... and so on. And u really cant complain about your teammates getting shit on by Yasuo... Bad players get shit on by anything, and it is unlucky to get them in your games, but that is a matchmaking problem, not a Yasuo problem.

Assuming this is for mid/top, and not bot. Can't save you there, except maybe with Fiddlesticks . Also, summoner 3 . Bring it.

Mid: Akali Annie Morgana Zed . There. 5 different champions that beat him. All fairly easily. Akali requires you to be better than Yasuo, though. If you're not good at dodging things, she'll be useless. Annie just farms to 6 and then presses R. Morgana just tells Yasuo he's not allowed to do anything, like she does to everyone else. Malzahar does the same thing. Zed just wipes the floor with him if you're smart (Just don't ult to one with his Tornado ready).

Top: Shen Fiora Jax Teemo Nasus . Pantheon bullies the fuck out of him, while his stun actually remains relevant at murdering Yasuo late-game. Shen is capable of completely fucking Yasuo over if he's smart. Fiora is a skill-required match, like Akali, but you beat him at most stages if you're smart. Jax is just an autowin from the time he puts a point in E onward. Teemo renders Yasuo useless for 2 seconds by pressing Q, which isn't distinct enough from his autos for Yasuo to bother windwalling, or he'll just waste W on an auto. Also, your R hurts Yas a lot in lane because of the slow. Nasus presses W and wins. That's it. You just press W and Yasuo cries because he's irrelevant now. Yasuo might not actually be able to fight you 1v1 at any point past level 1.

You can also consider Quinn in any lane as a counter to him. He dashes to you, you press E, it's up before his E is off CD on you. It's like being against a Renekton in lane, except he doesn't get a stun with it. 6 and onward will be kinda bleh for you in the lane, but you just get to roam and help everywhere else then.

There you go. Now go stomp him, because he's actually pathetically easy to beat if he doesn't counter you.

Yasuo overall winrate according to all LoL analytics sites: 48%. Yasuo winrate bronze-gold: 49-50%.

If you don't know how to play against him or what item 3143 is, just ban him.

Dot Esports published an article recently about Yas with a whoppign 60 80% win rate and a ban rate just as remarkable on the Korean server. Clearly there's more to it than that.

"When we do see Yasuo, most of the time it's in mid lane. He's being used as a counter to all sorts of meta mids from the supportive Lulu to the bruising Irelia. He pops up every now and again in every region but is only really getting a lot of priority in the LCK, where he is picked or banned in 38 percent of games and sports a shiny 80 percent win rate."

Champion performance in professional play means nothing to you. You aren't playing against opponents of that level.

Are you going to tell me Ryze is overpowered, next?

It isn't an issue if Yasuo is being used as a counter to things like Lulu and Irelia, who shouldn't be performing well at mid in the first place. It's only right that he beat them.
