How it is that Veigar with around 900ish AP can take away 99% of Jhin's life with only his ultimate?

The math doesn't check out, or am I missing something?

EDIT:

Ah, Azir did damage with his soldier on the same frame that veigar did damage with his ult, and that is why it looks like primordial burst took a full bar from jhin.
