I feel like 210 second cooldown on Cleanse is harsh.

210 seconds through the whole game sucks. Cleanse in itself is already kinda useless, but this long cooldown makes it even worse.

Could we get it to go down throughout the game or just straight up reduce it a bit?

I agree. I think it should have a lower cooldown. Close to what QSS cooldown is, even if just a bit higher.

Yup I agree, they reduced the Ghost Cooldown to 180sec which is more useful, Id say at least reduce it to 180. Or give it a 2sec speed buff maybe when used. though they been pretty lazy when it comes to summoner balance, they just remove them all together till we only left with Flash.
