No. Would be too strong. Those champs are balanced around the fact that there is a trade off for buying sheen.

I think it sounds interestig, at the least. I am of the belief that nearly anything could be worked into the game with some degree of balance and consideration. Do you have something in mind? I'd be happy to discuss it with you.

Nothing really. Just thought it would be interesting. Sad this got downvoted because of the "damage creep" bandwagon.
