One for All opened my eyes to a problem.
Let me prefix this with the fact that this is not limited to OFA or any game mode in particular. But of the previous games of OFA I played in the past few days something reared its ugly facade in the face of all the fun this game mode offers. Player narcissism and self righteousness.
It's okay to think highly of yourself and worry about yourself but there is a point where it becomes too much and OFA has opened my eyes and I'm starting to see it everywhere.
I've seen at least 5 afks in the past 3 days in OFA that were not disconnects or drops, but plain out leaving game or not wanting to play simply because you don't like the champion that got selected. I had someone literally tell me to go fuck myself and afk'd in the beginning of the game because he didn't want to play Aurelion Sol. Last night I saw someone asking everyone in all chat to report someone because of their champion pick. It's like a fucking child who didn't get the toy he wanted for Christmas, so he throws a fit in the hopes that things go their way.
Also lately I've been seeing more people spouting out the lines "This is a waste of my time" or "I could of been in another game by now" When refusing to surrender a game, like your time is more valuable than everyone else's and we should cater to your needs. Also I'd like to say this, I'm that guy who is on your team and doesn't surrender because there is always a chance to win.
I know this comes off as a rant and in a way it is but it's also asking you guys who do this (myself included sometimes) to just man the fuck up and deal with the cards that are dealt to you instead of complaining and whining like a kindergartner who isn't getting their way.
TL:DR- Suck it up and play the game until it's over.
