How to make Sylas viable
Reduce all damage outputs and range, extreme stat nerf, make him a 450 IP champ. The kit is too simple to be breaking games like it does. He's basically an OP 450 champ.

Q2 damage upped by 20-30% W Heal lowered by 15% and Boosted damage/Healing threshold lowered to 35% but can be proced on all targets. E2 Damage removed but stun increased to 1.5 and Sylas Animation lock lowered to .25
And Blam he is viable and not OP
