New Game Mode: Season 4 Summoner's Rift

This isn't even a joke discussion.

I can't be the only one who misses playing the game the way it used to be. Can there be a game mode that let's us play as if it was Season 4 again? Bring back Season 4 items exclusively for the game mode. Create a Runes and Masteries page specifically for the game mode. reluctantly allow all Champions to enter the game mode.

Maybe we can't change League back to its original state. But we can create a game mode for it.

(Old School Runescape has more active players than the current Runescape so it isn't a bad business decision either)
