Riot, please rework Mordekaiser (A Rant)

With all of these reworks coming around to old champions, I believe Riot should focus on somebody who has needed some love for a really long time. Let me explain why I think he needs a rework.

VISUALS Mordekaiser is Ugly. He is near Zilean levels of ugly to be honest. His Pizza Feet are obnoxious. In fact, if you look of Pizza feet League of Legends on Google, Mordekaiser is the 2nd pic. A personal pet peeve of mine are the black holes that are the bottom of Morde's feet in his game model. It's like they put all of this detail into Morde, then got tired and painted the bottom of his feet black. Visually, he does not make sense relating to his kit (explained below) IMHO, i do not believe he makes sense as far as League aesthetic is concerned.

Abilities A lot of his abilities have potential. But they suffer from being outdated. When they reworked Morde the first time, they tried so hard to keep his kit the same but tacked on useless things. League was in a confusing stage in its life and it seems Riot forcibly wanted Morde to be a staple of a duo lane. The problem is the rest of his kit wasn't designed for that so he ended up being extremely underwhelming unless his numbers were insane. So they added the ghost with the dragon which makes no sense at all. It feels really tacked on and adds artificial power to his kit.

In addition, his visuals do not make sense with his kit. His mace is the largest part of his model and it's used for an underwhelming ability. I get that they were trying to go for a spellblade/battlemage type drain-tank THING, but it does not line up with what he looks like currently. He LOOKS like he is supposed to be a tanky physical damage character from all of the armor and the giant mace.

Solutions Honestly, I'm not entirely sure. I understand what they were trying to do with Mordekaiser, and it failed. I don't believe there is a solution that will keep current Morde fans happy to be honest. Any change to him will have to be so significant it will not play like the same character.

In his old lore, he was a sadistic thing that would rip the souls out of living people while in Ironclad armor. This to me sounds like he is supposed to be made a drain tank: Draining the life force of others while sustaining his own.

Anyway, that is my rant. How do you think Morde should be changed?
