@Riot show me your system works and ban this player. He has done everthing in 1 game
Blitz from my game when I was Kindred and had Jinx in team. He has donr everything that is considered toxic in this game. Of course I repored him and wrote in comment what happend. I will come back in some time and see if he's still playing.
-- He was flaming Jinx whole game.
-- Abandoned her after her first death. Never came back bot lane.
-- He started 
which of course is not reportable, but at 11min he sold it. He then bought Redemption and boots which he sold too at 25min to buy 6x
-- It is not his first game when he buy 6x same item. He has one with 6x Doran blade as Jax (2/8/3) and 6x Dagger Lux (1/12/2)
-- He said he is going afk because we are bad. Went afk for few minutes, but never disconnected, no. He was using Flash and Zhonya in base. Started playing for few minutes and went afk again.
-- Run down mid few times. Something like 3-4 times.
Tell me, what more do your system needs to recognise such players as trolls and punish them? Or are these just another "bad games"? Or maybe he's safe because he has good winrate on his mains?
