Kai Guy1 votesI don't know if they have pushed it out for all accounts. You can check it pretty fast by looking at tutorial option in your account. The plan was it would be pushed to newer accounts first, see if it has issues, then push it forward to every account. I have no idea if its going out global or they are testing it regionally.
Currently I have the new tutorial, so they have pushed it out to live but I just don't know if this is true for ALL accounts or if they are still rolling it out. At the very least its being rolled out to live.

IceAYon1 votesI have no idea. I checked the video and thought that was the new tutorial. realized it wasn't and the timestamp set in the link was playing when he was playing the old tutorial. They still have double mid, but they probably don't want to enforce a meta in the tutorial, so riot left it be. Maybe double mid will happen and become meta.
