The three people she burst were 
. They are all insanely squishy. In that vid, Annie is the second highest level champion in that game, so her damage is already higher scaled, and she has both Red and Blue buff meaning she's well farmed either if the jungler did not need red, or she had already killed someone who carried it.
If you're going to show a video of OP-ness, at least make the video a little believable. This is a midlane Annie, who clearly has purchased multiple AP items, hourglass included based on Vi's dmg to her with ultimate AND crushing blows. Every champion on the enemy team has less health than every person on that Annie's team, aside from Vi who still doesn't hav emuch, so they are all at a high lead anyway.

Tbh, having that much damage on an aoe insta cast is a little insane
There is only one player with even the same level as annie. Judging from this, red team/annie is far ahead of blue team. So yea, anyone can 2 shot anyone if theyre fed. Galio can do it sometimes with just his ultimate. And thats a 1 shot. Galio is far from OP.
