so you think the true damage dealing juggernauts that can both heal for ridiculous amounts and 100-0 carries with damn near full tank items aren't as strong as riven who happens to suck in teamfight scenarios

I'd just like to say that I've seen the juggernauts carry games just as much as I've seen Rivens do it.
Not sure where this "More OP or Less OP" thing is coming from, but regardless, they all just plow through your team like tissue when they're fed.

Garen and Darius are both really strong right now, Darius for sure is too strong thanks to that freaking heal, Garen is only too strong because his ult now does true damage to Villains. Still though Riven players cant talk, Riven is allowed so much mobility, a shield that gets stronger the more AD you build... on an a champion that builds exclusively AD like alot of it, and a damage steroid (in case all the AD you build was not enough) with a long range AoE execute all while doing a shit ton of damage just base. Im not saying she is OP but when you list out someones strong points they look quite OP dont they? its cuz you dont include the weaknesses or set backs of having those strengths.
Yea Garen does a ton of damage to squishies but only if they are the Villain, he no longer has tenacity and his MS was nerfed, you know who is target is now CC him... It happens all the time, the games where i get ridiculously high kills are the games the enemy team abandons the carry im going for, they completely ignore me! They dont even realize my E does less damage, that i dont have Tenacity anymore so im weak to CC, that i need to stay on my target because the Ult range seems to be either way too small or somehow way too large and its impossible to tell which it will be. Also a fun fact there is a bug with his Ult, if the target has a teleport dash or Elise's Rappel and they are used right when the ult is cast, it will hit a random target instead, sometimes one that is no where near Garen. The games i lose are the ones where the enemy team properly protects their carries like you are suppose to. Garen's True Damage to the Villain needs to be toned down because its way too strong, but he is doing exactly what he is suppose to be doing. Remember though Garens 1v1 against anyone but the Villain was nerfed, so if you lose lane when you are not the VIllain then you would have lost lane before the rework too. No one seemed to call him OP then in fact most would laugh at me when i picked Garen, until it was entirely up to me to carry them when they all fed, then they just blamed me for being Garen instead of Riven...
I dont have much input on Darius, i havent played him since the rework. From what i have seen though he is super strong mostly because that heals makes him freaking invincible. His damage seems to be really high Mid game but not so much late game or at least that is what ive seen from my experience i dont know, despite him being so strong i dont see him too often.
Here's the thing...
- Juggernauts being OP doesn't eliminate the fact of Riven being broken.
- But Riven being broken doesn't eliminate the fact that Juggernauts are overpowered right now. I'd argue more than her. Yes.
