Besides, Them champs may be annoying sometimes, But I wouldn't call any of them Toxic! ... Zed is close...., but still no. :/

I don't think oneshot means what you think it means. Because Kalista sure as hell can't one shot....nor can any of those champs, really. Term should be changed to Onecombo, or something.

Vayne does involve lots of mechanical skill and she can't one shot people. Kalista needs to know how to kite and jump around, she can't one shot people either. Zed requires mechanical skill. Riven's animation cancels require skill and lee sin needs to be played skillfully to be effective.

Vayne requires mechanics and timing. Kalista requires persistence of mind, making a mistake means instant death. Zed... has been nerfed to crap; also of note that I have yet to lane against a Zed even in Gold that can hit his q's in lane. Riven requires CD management, animation and auto canceling. Lee Sin... has been talked about enough as it is and was nerfed acceptably. You want a real problem look to Yasuo.
