LemurMonster1 votesThe problem to with many adcs is they blow up before they can become useful.... That is why they are being replaced now.. Many champs do so much damage early game & adcs have to build for it.
This high damage going on... many champions are able to abuse tank builds but not adcs besides a few like 
..... This what is hurting them because again they HAVE to build damage for them to deal with tanky champs.. These shields sure do NOT help in this problem to. it truly is what they call pure cancer to deal with.
In the end I rather deal with a adc any day than a high damaging tank mage.

because you only pick utility adcs in high elo. ones with logn range cc. aka ashe varus jhin. meta doesn't favor adcs as a ain damage source because they die so quick nowdays.
