im a talon otp, and his w nerfs already type hurt. now electrocute duskblade and scorch all are getting nerfed which is gon hurt him and amny other assassins. some like kayn and shaco and pyke literaslly rely on duskblade to kill people and do thier job, itas as if some of thier own kits power budget is in a item and riot seems to think thats fine. if your going to push back towards a tank meta and bone all the assassins at least do talon the service of reverting him like you did for rengar. slow and clunkiness along side nerfing all his damage sources is a terrible combination for an assassin. evetnually bruisers like vi and fiora and the like gon burst squishies faster than assassins while being tankier, having cc, less counterplay, can duel tanks and what not. meanwhile assassins going to have to go bruiser to do anything in the game. not to mention how they bopned akali and made her a slow clunky mechanical difficult champ with high risk and low reward where you have to land all your gimmicks to kill someone

while these changes are pending i am trying a new talon bruiser build that seems to work very well

conqueror, triumph, legend tenacity, and coup sudden imact and poro ward

tiamat into black cleaver finish titanic go into deadmans then get deaths dance and iceborn gauntlet defensive boots ofc

can also get essence reaver and phantom w same set up

you still barely have the damage to kill your target, but you can survive being in the middle of their team and get out as well as duel and chase people well anywhere, didnt want to resort to this
