sintrinity2 voteseven though this is true shes still a strong champion if you think about how unfair it would be if her mana cost were low early game its ridiculous. that's why her passive comes in handy because late game once you get roa and another item or two your fine. but lets talk about something serious.... THESE RIVEN BUFFS.
Catastrop2 votesI don't mind her current mana costs, they're sufficiently gating and encourage proper use of your spells instead of mindlessly throwing them. I just wish they had instead scaled the cost of Q up with rank. 95 mana at all ranks just too extreme and basically butchers her lane phase in some waveclear heavy matchups.
