More vision mid

If I wanted to play mid lane, but I wanted to also help supply more vision, who should I play, and what should I buy?

I understand that the common opinion is that the standard is enough, but if you could humor me with some ideas, I would appreciate it.

I'm thinking of something like buying a or even

All champions benefit from having bonus health, but I'm having trouble of thinking of which, if any, champions who are even somewhat meta in the middle lane and gain extra benefit of the extra health.

Alternatively, I could go with a one of the support items, the more obvious of which would probably be as the Tribute passive is still useful, despite not being in the support role. This could offer some bonus gold, help with mana issues, and a little bit of AP.

Then there is the option of taking a and which gives more options as for what enchantment to take. This could even give the option of some champions who are somewhat effective in the jungle as well. In theory, I could invade and help secure objectives with an additional smite.

So if anyone could offer some advice I'd appreciate it.
