You start a fight with Kennen
You get stunned
You cleanse 
YOU GET STUNNED AGAIN!
What is the fucking point of getting this item then?! Where is the Counterplay?!
so Udyr can have cooldown on his stun but Kennen is free to have infinite stuns over and over again
LocatedEagle2326 votesIt's a .5 second stun (the second time)... and he has really low damage (unless he is fed). Just dodge his Q and don't let him get too close to you without burning his flash.
doiminat0r36003 votesPeople don't realize that it's also a 3 hit stun with a .5 second drop in stun time until 6 seconds from your first stun. You can't get stunned for more than 2.25 seconds against a kennen.
Kennen has plenty of counterplay. Even AD kennen has plenty of counterplay. The boards just refuses to accept a champion's counterplay as an option.
azrolator2 votesAs said already. subsequent stuns are very short. Kennen is a very squishy, low range mage that had his range lowered even more just recently. stay back or go in. If it was immediate, are you talking about his ult? its the only reason anyone plays Kennen, even with max cd it still has a cooldown and outside of the ult he is just not that good.

this is not Udyr vs Kennen thing but just example Udyr is a melee mana champions and have cooldown on his stun kennen is ranged energy champion and has no cooldown on its stun
and at the end when you combine his other bullshit with his double triple pentuple CC Kennen gets too annoying and too strong because you are not allow to do anything in the entire fight even when you cleanse
kennen makes this item pointless which suppose to be the correct way to counter him but guess what? Infinite times of CC

I got beat hard by kennen while I played garen a couple seasons ago. I bought kennen and learned how he works. I suggest you do the same rather than just keep repeating this nonsense. kennen needs to hit 3 abilities to get a stun off. or 2 and multiple aa's. All from short range, his w range got nerfed recently. his e ability takes half of his energy just to cast and he still needs to run through you with it to get a stack towards a stun. All of this stuff you are saying is not correct. Please at least read how his cc actually works.

doiminat0r36002 votesIt's not infinite. His E costs half of his energy pool. His Q costs half to a fourth of his energy pool. His W costs a fourth of his energy pool.
Play around it. Sure he can still ult you at any time but a good kennen knows that if you ult with no backup/spells up, you're gonna have a bad time.
