@Riot Repertoir- A couple ideas for Cassiopeia

I posted in the hostile thread you have been commenting on, but I figured I would make my own thread also. Maybe some other people can post constructive ideas on her for her abilities/passive that could benefit her. Here are a couple of my thoughts:

I'm not a Cassio main, but I have played her a bit because I am a mid main. However, I haven't had much issue with her, but probably because I'm not a Cassio main. I do see why they could possibly be upset though..

Noxious Blast (Q) - Instead of gaining movement speed if it hits a champion, I think it should have an embedded Movement speed buff.. Maybe starting at 5% at rank 1 and getting up to 20-25% at rank 5. It would make her a little less immobile, but still not reliant on landing its semi small hitbox to get a speed rush.

Petrifying Gaze (R) - The ult itself is fairly decent, however, the slow when their back is facing you seems a bit irrelevant. I know the whole point of a Medusa/Gorgon is that they turn you to stone if they look at you, however, I think it would be better to stick with the "poison" theme. So something like, as long as the opponent is under the effects of Poison they are stunned for X seconds. Considering pretty much all players now build Rylai's on her, they aren't going to outrun her anyway, and with the Rylai's slow the ult slowing just because their back is facing you is now almost irrelevant.

These are just a couple thoughts. I don't know if they would help at all, but I feel it would make her a little more reliable, since people seem to be complaining about her being "unreliable", especially since a lot of games now don't let her reach her full potential because they don't last as long as they used to.
