riots solution to getting ppl to play reworked champs..

I think riot has to get better at the reworks, everyone that gets reworked gets crazy strong. Reworked nidalee sucked so they buffed her, then she was insane broken as ad, then they nerfed it. Cassiopea, rework her and no one plays her so they just keep doing buffs until people play her, then she becomes broken, and they nerf her. Now ryze, no one wants to play him because his rework is boring as hell, and now hes 1v5ing with the buffs they did. Jesus christ please stop doing this.
