I think leblanket needs more then just an E/W width radius reduction

Riot posted about leblanket on how she has too much high burst and is too safe and they're working on nerfs for her, and right now they're testing just a nerf on the E width. now I understand that they still want to do more things, but it looks like they're going to nerf the E width, then nerf the W radius and that could be it maybe something else small. I feel like thats not going to be enough, i feel like that doesnt change her high 2 second burst and instant escape strength, it just makes it abit harder to do. I played a game as yasuo awhile back, and with his dashes i can take advantage of her W's cd. if she Ws me and i even have a chance to dodge it even if i dont, i can dash through minions and make trades back on her. But I just played a game where a smart leblanc got flask because she knew yasuo has shit sustain. And i literally had no advantage on her, I couldnt think of a counterplay for it. I've seen lebl get flask before, but I just thought it was good against champs who get flask as well, to keep up with their sustain like Kassadin. But I think it's also a good choice vs yasuo, because the worst thing about his laning phase is his sustain. So yeah, i dont know, every champion has a counter and that doesnt have to mean a counter champ but just at least windows of opportunity to do things. For example, prenerf zed, as anyone you have a small window to make a trade once he trys to Q you and then after carelessly E's to get creep, you can try and hit him a few times there, and this goes the same for every hard lane (fizz, talon etc.) But against leblanc with flask, i had no idea what to do against that. Her W does too much fucking damage, and she was practically untradeable with 3 health potions and a flask. I think she needs a damage nerf, not a tougher way to pull her combo off.
