I'm annie, i zone you out with my stun on for 30 seconds and then use all my spells on minions and instantly get it again. Counters melee so bad nerf like veigar. Change the way she gets her stun, 4 stacks of spells is too fast.
Or as a melee, one could build tanky. MR helps a lot. If she uses her spells on you too much, she then runs oom while you chug HP pots and then you zone her shortly after. Once you have enough MR, if she overstays after her stun is used, you can punish her if you have a gapcloser. If you don't, then just farm it out and by midgame, you'll be way too tanky for her to deal with.
