I plan on making her my second main. (After sion :p), because her kit is real fun for me. Love bashing people into walls then hammering them for 12% max hp. Also her w makes me so happy that whenever I see Yasuo or riven, I pity them. ( cock blocked so hard ), can't wait for her to hit live and for people to stop playing her post-rework status (ya'all know what I'm talkin' 'bout) to smash some face in.

I know it's a bit stupid, but it's a waste to buy a champ I dont want to play only to be forced to when I get him in aram, really =_= (it's already annoying when it happens with free-week ones xD)

Onimarus2 votesThe new Poppy seems weaker overall at every stage in the game. Yeah, she can block dashes, but that's really her only saving grace past laning phase.
If her ult knocked the enemy back opposite of her instead of always towards the fountain, it'd be a completely different story though. Even if they made it so it wasn't an AoE it'd still be good.
kasfas2 votesHer q, if you land it fully, deals 12% of target's max hp. Couple this with any slowing auto, DMP, IBC( what I prefer ), and you do deal lots of dmg overall. Her w passive also allows her to buy more offensive items than others like her. You can get 4 half offence half defence items and get the defence of 3 defence item about 3.65 below 40% hp. So she may not deal the insane burst she used to, but can still deal a very good amount for what is now essentially a tank.

kasfas1 votesI'll tell you now that her supporting ability seems really good, but I couldn't really get a good judgement because at the time I tried it there was a bug with Mundo making his cleaver deal upwards of 400 dmg at lv1, and everyone was exploiting it botlane. Her peel is insane though, I played with a vayne one game, and after a bad trade in river she got real low (>100 hp) and they were right on her ass. I decided to charge my ult about .75 seconds earlier, so I sent them flying away, and we both got out alive.

NO ONE will touch Poppy's carry. :) If the rework feels comfortable when I actually get to play it, I can see her becoming my main.

kasfas1 votesTbh, she isn't bursty at all like she used to be. She still has elements of burst, eq wall combo, however she doesn't oneshot anyone ( at least the way I build her), it normally takes three e q's for a squishy if not more.

kasfas2 votesActually, it's pretty good at what it does, short range kind of pseudo-burst. After playing her a while, you don't notice the small range, it deals all of its damage.
I had a poppy mirror match a bit ago, and she was surprised at my damage output with just a sheen. I always came out on top in trades and fights. I recommend trying IBG on her for pretty much all the offensive stats you need. She falls off a BIT lategame this way, but is quite a bit better than some other options for her to rush.

was my first main when i started playing league, like lvl 5-20, and i really had fun with her. But i always just thought i was horribly bad at the game, then i started playing other champs more and realized "i don't suck as much as i thought, is the problem." after that realization i stopped playing her as much and starting maining 
instead. i still play rarely but with the rework i might just have a new go to top laner along with

She's a powerful dualist, even if she builds full tank (IBG is only nessisary damage, and DMP is 100 dmg too I guess. 40% CDR feels REALLY good on her as well, although some are running 45% by going cunning. I prefer resilance, that 3% life on your passive is nice.)

kasfas1 votesYou seem to have posted this twice, aside from that new poppy is quite different, her burst is more avoidable, but with an aa slow, you have no problems. Much better to build her tank now.
