if you mean the heal, yes
macspam1 votesThe thing is, the main cost of sorakas heal is her own HP which doesn't get any boost in urf. I would rather have a kayle, sona, or nami when it comes to heals.
Sorakas damage and CC is low compared to other OP champs in urf.
