Alistar Ultimate Tweak

I think Alistar's Damage Reduction buff granted from his ultimate should't affect damage from Turrets

I debated posting this before, expecting negative feedback because Galio also had a Damage Reduction Ult, but his is lower than Ali's and it's completely unique to him, just like Maokai's except Mao has the "non-turret sources" in his ability

Alistar's ultimate has no interaction Ali just sits on a (large) Damage Reduction buff and that's it

I just think it should be tweaked so that Turrets ignore the Damage Reduction to lower Ali's threat underneath them
