some time ago, you were bitching about how jungle gives tons of xp and gold, and how the jungler can solo win and solo lose a game. You were begging riot to nerf jungle and make it less viable and not be able to have high impact.

the jungle was giving too much xp and gold, give the jungle champions some base stats now.

Jungle was fine prior to the scuttle changes. Many players told Riot that jungle could be fixed by reverting the scuttle changes. But Riot didn't listen. Jungle experience and gold got out of hand because of the scuttle changes. Instead of reverting the very, very, very, very, VERY bad idea, Riot nerfed gold and experience across all camps and nerfed scuttle spawn timers.

The only reason the "r word" is censored on the forums, discord and everywhere else that it can be censored is because if it weren't then everyone would call the Rito dev team "r words" because only a gigantic hard R can fuck up balancing things like this. Seriously. It's either broken or irrelevant, there's never a middle ground. There's never any "balance".
