@Riot, there should be ONE patch that was fully balanced/decided by the community

At least the small part of the community who does share their thoughts, cuz I know a LOT of players don't use boards or have never heard of it. But I think doing a test patch maybe for a week and seeing what people think would be a great idea. I guess this idea looks a lot like the community patch notes, but I think an entire patch untouched by Riot would be a good experiment to see if the community has good ideas.

I'd like to point out I'm saying this as a TEST patch, meaning not something permanent since no one seems to read the part about saying it's a TEST PATCH

Or at the very least buff towers.

hashinshin gets to balance the game
all lanes + roles + champs are removed except toplane fighters
he still bitches about ADC, Support, and Singed

What would even be the point? Even if the community has the right ideas we do not have anything to test said changes so we could be making champions/items/etc insanely weak or broken as all hell very easily

So if I tell them to return 700 damage on Teemo's shrooms they will obey? Community doesn't know shit. it can only make predictions and speculate. 95% of playerbase FEELS that their mains are left behind, when they actually aren't. So Riots shouldn't listen to community. Maybe only when there are like hundreds of threads about their fuckups (zoe, new irelia, and all shit they they really push to sell) it's their game firstly.
