Ahri needed it because this is connected loosely to the World's celebration in Korea, to which she is deeply tied.
Evelynn needed this because she has 0 skins above the 975 bracket, and even then, her only skin at the 975 bracket released this year. Evelynn is in DESPERATE need of quality skins.
