QOL Buff For Xin PLEASE READ RIOTERS!

This has been bugging me for a while so I decided to write something here ^^

Can we please make it so that Xin's R is disabled unless there is an enemy champion in range? It would be similar to Katarina R in that you can't cast it unless you have a target in its radius.

At least every 2 or 3 games I find myself in a crucial moment where I want to E to someone and imediately cast R afterwards, only for my E to be slightly out of range causing me to waste my R on nothing. It's not a matter of "gitting gud", I'm not new to the champ and I imagine it happens to many people in the heat of the moment.

Just something us Xin players could use so that we don't get spammed with missing pings and feel like shit when we make an understandable mistake :^)

It's like I don't want xin to be buffed, but I guess he should have it. The amount of times I've pressed w before shunpoing as katarina because of that same exact reason is irritating. So I know the feeling, kinda.
