Seriously when is Kha'zix getting fixed

I seem to remember when got reworked there was a general consensus that getting one-shotted from stealth with zero warning and zero counterplay was unhealthy. What's changed since then?

I'm so tired of getting clapped by before I can even pop Gargoyle Stoneplate. It's getting ridiculous how long the balance team takes to fix obvious problems. Didn't they learn anything from the whole Ardent Censer debacle?
