If that change to Liandries' goes through Moredkaiser's R is going to legitimately deal 100% MAX HP

I don't know if it's a typo but on the PBE Liandries' burn has been changed to 2-4% MAXIMUM HP as well as a slew of other changes to AP items.

And here's the funny bit.

Mordekaiser likes to itemize Liandries, Rylais and some other hard hitting AP items that bump his R damage up to around 65%ish MAX Hp.

And it's a DOT that lasts 10 seconds, so with some quick math you'll see that liandry's 4% max hp burn process TEN bloody times.

Meaning that Mordekaiser, if he has enough Pen and some other AP items can legitimately ONESHOT someone with his ultimate.

even her R and and E are point and click tho, the only ability she has to target is her jump which doesnt even matter. She gets huge range, doesnt have to aim anything important, and deals tons of dmg. Now that my friends is how you balance a champion, no-skill and 100% OP

-Nerf Mordekaiser because he abuses new items;
-Nerf new items because they're OP;

Also Mordekaiser can now effectively itemize grievous wounds thanks to the Morello changes, meaning that it'll be even harder to lifesteal/sustain through the ult.

Actually, let's go through with it and see what happens. I mean, we're talking about Morde, there will probably be a new bug that will prevent the ult from dealing damage after 50% health, or will prevent it from applying item effects. Or maybe it'll make it summon a ghost of elder rift herald on top of your target that shoots super mega death rockets in all directions, for the duration of the effect, then it destroyes both nexuses, crashes the game, melts your pc, and GG.

If thats true Teemo will do over 15% max hp damage per auto. Kat will do an additional 40% max hp with her ult. Theres no way this can be real. I know theyre shaking up mage itemization, but no. Just no.

It's important to note liandries now also increases damage you're dealing by 10% while you continue to deal damage. I think it's added onto the burn damage. So his ult also deals 110% damage.

One shot Morde ults are incomingggg.

Don't forget though, Satan Teemo also benefits from this change. And he benefits a LOT.
