Morde changes on PBE are interesting but two nerfs needs to go

if you are gonna rework morde this way (and im pretty sure this will go through regardless of what number changes will happen)

1 but you gotta let him have his 340 movespeed. and

2 let him keep his damage on W

remember this is the guy that HAS NO CC remember outside the "NICHE" movespeed buff on W he has nothing nothing like Decisive strike from garen that gives him a massive movement speed steroid. do that and this whole idea of morde going botlane might actually work... sorta.

all the other changes, giving him hybrid scaling (i've been screaming this is what morde needs) giving him a pet dragon MAX HP SHIELD FUK YEA! DOESN'T DRAIN BELOW 25% FUK YEA! and we get the old siphon of destruction flat scaling back. are all good in my book and i've played the fuk out of him in the past.
