Is there a list where I can read how all the champions in league interact with his R? Like who can get past and who can't? A riven was able to use her Q to get over my wall. I was under the impression this couldn't happen.

Nocturne, Malphite, and Vi can ult through it (These ults can't be stopped by anything). Fizz can E over it, Elise can E over it, and Vlad can W under (These abilities make them untargetable so they basically exist outside the game). NO other dashes (example: Renekton E, Yasuo E, Fizz Q) can get through only blinks (example: Ezreal E, Flash, Kassadin R, Zed W or R).
