The game would be in a much better state if T1 and Hashinshin were the 2 leads of the live balance team.

They agree on some things but there conflicting personalities would likely keep things in check.

Tyler1 would just try and push us back into the ADC dominant meta, that people hated and last for multiple seasons that people somehow forgot and Hashin would push for a brusier meta, even though some of his best champions are already top tier.

No, because that's not their job and putting them there doesn't make much sense.

There's this rule in game balance and it goes something along the lines of "players are great for testing, but awful for balance", because they all have a bias in one form or another without any real way of getting rid of it.

id be content if there was 1 top lane main on the live design team.

just every time riot comes up with some dumb shit, one person who asks: "hey, what if people do that in top lane?" or "how will this affect every single champion who goes top?".

just so there is someone who remembers the lane and the champions exist.

maybe then they wont forget a entire classes of champions every time they make some change to the game.

Hashashin would cut mage dps items in half (not actually hyperbolizing on this one) and Tyler would buff adcs to the point where quinn jg, vayne top, luc mid, draven ad and mf support were the most viable picks.

It wouldn't be half a decent idea to hire hash and tyler1. Even if they are challenger it doesn't mean they will know how to balance the game.

Hell, I wouldn't hire them as my own house keepers (my hybrid of joke and seriousness).

first just because they have conflicting personalities doesn't mean they will be kept in check... if anything that would mean nothing would ever get done or things would take even longer to be done. Second both of them are insanely biased into their roles and want nothing but their roles to be the most broken thing ever while everything else be just a footnote when compared to those roles. How are Hash and T1 going to make Supports, Mages, Assassins, Tanks be balanced in any capacity? they are just going to nerf those classes to the ground until all that will be viable would be ADCs and Bruisers in every single lane
