What if Galio's Righteous Gust MS was lowered and changed to a persistant passive trail behind him?
Basically something like it passively increases his speed and leaves a wind trail behind him that increases allies speed that follow in the same direction by 10/12/14/16/18%.
Active would damage only, which would be great to have separately so I'm not choosing between half of my kit's non-ult damage or a gimmicky thin strip of speed boost.
Band-aid plz.
