Miss fortune question?

Ok so I play miss fortune here and there because she is my favourite adc so when I get add she is the one I pick.

2 questions

Firstly should her love tap crit? The reason I ask is because after playing her a bit it gets boring playing lethality mf but her crit build is so weak and I though this would bring it up to scale with other adc’s

Secondly her q is named double up and she has to guns so for a small buff I was wondering if riot would give her an ammo system that when she actives double up her ammo bar loads up with 2 bullets and she autos one double up from each gun but to compensate the enemy gets an indicator when the ability has been activated???

What do you think about these small changes to make mf more viable in solo q and competitive play?
