If there's anything that I don't like about Sivir, it's her passive.
Passive: Sivir gains 30 / 35 / 40 / 45 / 50 bonus movement speed for 2 seconds when she damages an enemy champion with an ability or a basic attack.
Compared to
Passive: Vayne gains 30 bonus movement speed when moving towards a nearby Sight icon visible enemy champion.
FINAL HOUR: Night Hunter's bonus movement speed is tripled to 90.
Sivir's passive is practically like a rip off of
