I was recently placed in Bronze 5 after being Silver 4 back in Season 4 despite winning 2/10 of my provisionals, and I'm kinda upset that I lose LP for dodging a queue without an ADC (this just happened a few minutes ago). I'm not quite able to understand why I can't dodge a queue in low elo without losing LP, affter seeing AD

But in your exact wording you are "kinda upset that I lose LP for dodging a queue without an ADC" and that you are "not quite able to understand why I can't dodge a queue in low elo without losing LP". This led me to believe that you assumed there would be no punishment simply because you're at a lower elo. If this was information that you knew, then your whole post has no point because you directly contradict yourself.

If you know there is a punishment for dodging games but explicitly state that you don't understand why you were punished for dodging games, that is contradicting yourself.
