When will Phase Rush be updated?

It feels so weak to play, especially when Im playing someone like Diana or Kass. I always either take Electrocute for all in dmg or Comet / Aery for laning poke.

Phase Rush needs to give a bit more sustain so it actually feels useful to play.

Phase Rush is good, just depends on the champ you're playing. It works well on Swain and Xin Zhao if you wanna give either one of them a try.
