Chat Restriction Outrageous

Okay so here I sit with a 74 game chat restriction... I would like to expand on this subject because it has come to my attention that RIOT seems to just not care about their system and the amount of trolls/toxic players that come in and out of this game.

First off I would like to say that I will accept this chat restriction with pride because I indeed did deserve it, to an extent. When I enter a game and have immediate trolls bashing me and trolling me before the game even starts, it puts me in a mood to where I just do not care and/or get irritated with the people bashing/trolling me to where I troll them back.

Now, secondly, I must say that how am I the one at fault for defending myself (in most cases where I get reported)? It is completely unfair that I am having to be chat restricted when the other player (to my knowledge) has not been penalized at all. If you are going to penalize me for retaliating in defense to someones smart-alack comment or verbal abuse, please make sure that you "investigate" the issue 100% in depth to ensure that you are penalizing people appropriately. I am getting sick and tired of being chat restricted when other people are saying worse things and doing worse things. PLEASE RIOT, for the sake of your game : FIX YOUR TRIBUNAL SYSTEM AND FIX THE TROLLS IN YOUR GAME. If you guys want to neglect a serious issue, such as trolls and afk's then how do you expect other players who have to deal with them to follow your rules of conduct? It makes no sense that you want to "enforce" something that you let slide by more times then you catch them.

To end this rant, I just want you all to know that by playing this game you WILL deal with trolls and you WILL deal with afk's. The staff have had many, MANY opportunities to fix this issue yet they still do not. I am warning any future players wanting to play this game to join at your own risk. It is apparent that RIOT wants players to troll and make people rage so they cannot get up in ELO and cannot progress through this game. (If that is an invalid statement, prove me wrong and fix the issue of trolls)
