How about you fix your B.S. penalty system.. Instead of muting or restricting people who don't talk any crap at all, how about you ban/restrict the people I have reported saying extreme amounts of offensive language? Or is it too hard for you guys to do your job?
I'm pretty sure this is from pissed-because-we-lost bad sports of teammates that report people for poor performances, disregarding team play and communication. The system is fine, it's the people that ruin it and there's not much Riot can do but remind everyone that that's how the world is. I can recall twice when I had been given random behavior warnings after games I hadn't chatted in at all for what I can assume was my bad performance. This is simply too rare to fix and more importantly not something that can be fixed. You can't "fix" natural behavior in a competitive online video game.
