Chat Restriction Logic

So I had just completed the necessary chat restrictions from my previous BS chat limitations, and as soon as I complete them I get a notification saying "you have blah blah more chat restrictions".. Someone please tell me how this makes any sense? How can someone get re chat restricted when they were already restricted & just finished getting un-restricted? lmfao. I have a strong feeling that because I was forced to rely on pings so much that there are kids out there reporting me for pinging.. If that is the case, please RIOT fix your game and fix the reportable offenses because if you indeed allow players to get reported for petty reasons like pinging the map.. you have some serious issues to address. This is getting extremely old & with how weak the system is I am going to just start reporting people for everything and anything.. since ya know, you clearly ban/restrict people for virtually miss spelling a word now a days. Thanks. :P
