From the entire 3 years I have played this game, and dumped easily over 500$ into this game.. you are going to perm ban me because of "unoffensive chat" due to a duo team troll duo harassed me? I hope you guys are going to refund me all of the money I spent on this game or you will be hearing from my lawyer.

Glad to see Riot has not changed one bit and they still favor the harassing trolls. Thanks Riot for remaining garbage. Enjoy hearing from my lawyer in the terms of stealing money.

Every time you hit "I Accept" on the updates, you agree you don't own your account and they can ban it no matter how much time/money you've put into it.

Did you mute and report them? No? Did you instead verbally counter-attacked them? Yes? Then reports against you are valid.

Also, you don't simply get perma'd. Unless you were REALLY bad, the punishment is a chat restriction. Next up, a longer chat restriction. After that, 14 day ban. Finally, perma. And that happens when you don't correct your behavior between each punishments.

Judging from your punishment, you deserve it.

I hope you guys are going to refund me all of the money I spent on this game or you will be hearing from my lawyer.

There is a 4-tier punishment system. 10 day chat ban, 25 day chat ban, 14 day suspension, and finally permanent suspension. The number of times you are reported in a match does not influence whether or not you get banned. One report is enough to trigger a review and if toxic behaviour is found then you are likely to receive a punishment. As you progress up the punishment chain the system will get more sensitive to your behaviour and if you are unwilling to change the next punishment will likely come sooner. In some cases, such as cheating, hate speech, racism, sexism, and threats will result in skipping the punishment tiers going straight to a permaban.

In the TOS that you agree to every time you update the game it clearly states that you do not own any of the content in the game. And that Riot reserves the right to remove a player's access to their account. There was no theft because you paid to add RP to your account and that is what happened. However you also violated their rules and got yourself banned from the account.

If you were perma banned that means you either ignored the warnings and other punishments you received, or you went over and above the standard level of toxicity and got escalated to a permanent suspension. Just remember that the solution is never to retaliate, just mute and report.
