They need to make these items non-stacking Unique

item 3147 item 3095 item 3078 /item 3100

same with leathality of

item 3142 item 3134 item 3814 item 3147

If Riot made you pick one item with these passives then we would see more Build Diversity and WAY easier to balance

Get a Statik Shiv in there for the ultimate oneshot.

Don't you mean item 3147 item 3095 item 3057

Ok jokes aside. if you wanted to make those non-stacking those items work, a priority list needs to be made. It should be;

item 3057(upgrades included) > item 3095 >

Another thing I would like to say is that item 3147 should only be visible on champs that have a stealth and/or vanish mechanic such as: Twitch Pyke Zed Vayne Khazix Rengar etc. It's supposed to be an assassin item for stealth, but some cheap armor pen item that people can abuse.

Vayne doesn't work with Duskblade because:

A) You often attack before your full stealth duration ends B) Code-wise, she doesn't actually last the full second so she never gets the Duskblade proc

Fair enough, she has the stealth but doesn't have the time to use it. considering her kit that is for the better.

Lichbane and Triforce are already exclusive with each other. I could see Stormrazor and Drakthar becoming exclusive with each other too. But stacking Stormrazor and Triforce (or Drakthar and Triforce) should definitely be allowed.

And making Lethality non-stacking is not a good idea. It's like saying Crit shouldn't stack and you can only have one Crit item. No, Crit (or Lethality) is a core combat stat for a class of champ, and it's normal to have it in many items. Or should Tanks be allowed only 1 HP item? You see this becomes absurd. Stats are not effects, and stats should stack unless there is a very good reason not to.

its an item, literally anyone can buy it

Please tell that anybody who claimed that Steraks, Malmortius, Black Cleaver and many other items have been or are abused by marksmen.

I'm not sure why the item that rewards champions for doing fewer auto-attacks is considered a core item for champions who's main function is auto-attacking. Wut? [sg-lux-2]

Yes, it is an adc item.

glad there is at least a smart adc main here

it provides attack speed, something that assassins do not give a fuck at all needs more crit to deal more damage because the damage scales with crit, something that assassins again won't build

Speeedy6 votes

you neglected to mention the passive which give an automatic crit of 160% damage plus it helps all their abilities scale off the AD. It synergiezes very well with duskblade giving them 55+75+base stats = ~300 damage on an auto on a burst combo.

So? any adc gets 160% bonus damage on their AA resulting in an insane burst

the difference is that they increase the damage with crit, in addition to making use of the attack speed way more than assassins

Linna Excel1 votes

The problem is the passive gives it a lot of burst and champs that don't keep autoing constantly, like assassins could really use that burst along with the 75 AD.

FatADCsMatter2 votes

its hardly an adc item. bruisers benefit from it way better, and so do assassins.

Need Gold 4 Tent1 votes

I think it is a "sort" of hybrid item for assassins who go shiv, coz it scales with crit that bruisers typically don't get. But it definitely sucks for ADC in respect to their function (sustained damage) except for some like Jhin/Lucian/Quinn who aren't really the standard types of ADC to begin with.

Z3Sleeper2 votes

Idk why they took the on-crit passive away from it. The attack speed/movement speed on every crit made it really feel like a DPS item.

Lower the AD, add that passive back and all the sudden it's a DPS Marksman item again.

Passive I'm referring to:

UNIQUE Passive: When you critically strike, gain 25% attack speed and 8% movement speed for 1.5 seconds.

Was it supposed to be solely an ADC item? I can see it for certain AD's like Quinn or Draven who don't always get that much crit, but it's definitely better on assassins and certain bruisers.

item 3009 with predator item 3078 item 3147 item 3095 is my build for hecarim right now. e + q kills most champs being played right now.

Like usual, if it can be abused on assassins, it will be. What a surprise!

Paroe1 votes

@thread What are you all smoking? Storm razor is most certainly an assassin item to replace infinity edge, as most assassins went full build with infinity edge+a zeal item.

You notice on marksmen its only actually good on marksmen that dont basic very fast like quinn or graves. Theres nothing wrong with storm razor being a crit item meant for assassin playstyles.

lethality items are assassin items. definitely not abused by adc.

the fact that you guys are complaining about another class abusing your items is amusing, considering adc have always been the class who has been abusing assassin and even certain fighter items to the point of breaking them, in the past.

Remember when graves would go item 3812 item 3156 item 3046 item 3053 and be nigh unkillable? Or when quinn would go full lethality and delete people. Or when ezreal is ever meta.
