LeBlanc needs to be balanced hard... here's a stop gap

So Leblanc can jump on anyone... and without any drawbacks either... AND without a recast time before she can jump back.... with a ton of fucking damage... this is some bull shit! she can litteraly jump ONTO me as Lissandra and back without the character of LB showing anywhere near lissandra

so she jumps, AS SOON AS SHE JUMPS i W as lissandra, however she's already jumped back and i've already taken dmg, but LB hasn't been rooted and hasn't taken any damage. That means LB can jump onto, and off of a target, faster than an AoE CC can be applied around the person jumped on... Now here's a simple way to fix LB and her wanton jumping around... add a 1 second recast timer so she can JUMP IN still but HAS TO WAIT 1 SECOND to jump out! allowing counterplay while not hurting her actual damage output

This would be the perfect "nerf" in the name of "balance and counterplay" but i'm sure rito wouldn't wanna hurt their #LC$BIGPLAY$ by adding in that 1 second recast timer

I don't know about that bout I feel like they could make her kit have some synergy in terms of working with each other.

For Example, LeBlanc hops to target location, if she hits a target with W that has Q proc'd on them she can jump back to her original position. If not, then she has to stay where she jumped to. This would stop those far range engages by using W to get close Q-R-E then backing away.
